No, he means:
Eotn is gather material ---> grind heck a lot for pts----> 15K armor
Prophecies is gather materials ---> 15K armor

much less grinding needed.

All I can say is the Dwarven Armor should have had a warning label on it BEFORE purchase saying it isn't a set therefor not displayable. I know SEVERAL people that wouldn't have spent the time or effort on getting it.

U buy armor for Hom? I usually buy armor because I like how it makes my chars look

That "grind a heck a lot for pts" you mention can be done by just playing the storyline and taking bounties as you go. You can also pay to have you're handbook and dungeond guide filled atleast once and the reward for both books has been increased staggeringly.

There really is no excuse to say reaching rank 5 for armor and weapons takes "a heck a lot"! Not to mention that Drawf points alone are really easy to make!

So will atleast be able to purcashe one armor set very easily!

You havent really got any excuse for not knowing what the armor looked like before you bought it considering resources exist like this one...

He's talking about how it doesn't qualify as a set in the HoM.
